Order Acceptance

Goods are supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our Terms of Trading as detailed below. The placing of an order is deemed as confirmation that the customer has accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Reservation of Title

Goods remain the property of Abbeydale Direct (A division of Cornerstone Supplies Ltd) until all monies have been paid in full.

Price

All goods are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notification. Prices and descriptions are believed to be correct at the time of going to press, but the company accepts no liability for errors in descriptions or pricing.

Carriage

Orders under £50.00 (excluding VAT) will be charged at £6.00. Orders over £50.00 (excluding VAT) are carriage paid. For highlands and islands, please ring for details.

Delivery

Goods are despatched on a 2-3 working day service. A next working day service is available - please ring for details.

Returns Policy

Goods are supplied on a business to business basis. Returned goods will not be accepted for credit without prior agreement. A returns number allocated by Abbeydale Direct must be quoted with all returned goods. Returned goods will only be accepted for credit a) to correct a delivery error, b) where goods are faulty or c) provided the goods are in saleable condition.
