Bradley Smoker Original
The Bradley Smoker makes clean tasting food without any aftertaste. When burning bisquettes, they are burned one at a time, and each one for 20 minutes. This regulates the temperature and allows the smoker to be left unattended safely, for up to 9 hours. This controlled burning also keeps the temperature low enough to ensure that harmful, bad tasting gases are not produced when the wood burns.

Founded after a master fisherman struck a deal with a master smoker in the 70's, the Bradley Smoker has been at the forefront of the food smoking industry since. The smoker shared his secrets with the fisherman, and so the Bradley Smoker was born.
Bradley Smokers are the food smoking choice for many people across the world. The Bradley Smokers are different in that they use an electric heating element to burn the wood in a controlled manner, allowing the smoker to safely be left unattended for up to 9 hours. This burning method also keeps the smoke at a low temperature, which keeps the bisquettes from releasing sour gases, acids and resins which may taint the food. A separate heating element in the smoking cabinet allows the temperature to be raised without the wood burning at a higher temperature.
The Bradley Smoker is also capable of cold smoking, though the Cold Smoking Adaptor is recommended.
